inspired palettes {sophie theallet + chris barrett}

I thought it would be fun to start the year off with a brand spanking new series featuring color palettes inspired by fashion and textile designs. I am actually not quite sure I will ever find (but oh I will try) two talents where their creations work as harmoniously together as those of Chris Barrett and Sophie Theallet. craving {amber + pewter}

For a long time I was pretty stuck on cobalt blue being the perfect color to balance the warmth of amber but after seeing these lovely pieces together I think I may have a color combination habit that is going to be pretty easy to quit. Hello amber and pewter!
